Tite chouette offers a delivery service in Canada by Canada Post (expedited parcels). However, delivery times may vary depending on traffic.

Orders are sent to Canada Post within 24 working hours of your order .

Delivery rates

For Quebec and Ontario

Shipping is   free   for orders of   over $ 70   (before taxes).

In   below $ 70 , the price is set at $ 9 .

For the rest of Canada

Shipping is free for orders over $ 70 (before taxes).

Below $ 70, the price is set at $ 9 for carriers and $ 9 for Canada Post.

Unclaimed parcels

Tite chouette is not responsible for unclaimed packages, costs associated with reshipping or costs associated with returning merchandise.

Defective merchandise

The user must contact Tite chouette upon receipt of the order at 418 440-6531 or at orders@titechouette.com. If the return is accepted, the cost of returning the item as well as the cost of shipping the new product will be at our expense.
